I've worked in several BPO companies as a Customer Service Representative for a total of 6 Years and that includes Chat Support. I have a good English communication skills and I am a Tech savvy person. I know how to use Microsoft office and I'm also good in making and pitching sales. I worked for Comcast, Time Warner Cable and Expedia as a CSR. I also have experience in teaching English to foreign clients like Chinese student ages 4-60 years old for half a year. I am interested in being a chat support representative, an English tutor or an invoice representative. I am willing to learn new ideas and willing to be trained as well.
