My name is Rincee Jay Mapa and I am an undergraduate in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of La Consolacion College Bacolod, Philippines which serves as an excellent evidence of my field knowledge. In addition, I worked as a Call Center Agent at The Results Company, Concentrix, and Teleperformance for a total of 6years. I was mainly in charge of providing high-standards customer service both through inbound and outbound calls/chat, ensuring that the customer's expectations were always fully met. I handled technical issues, billing concerns, bookings (hotel reservations and flight bookings) and service related concerns.
