I am currently transitioning from a BPO customer representative to a home-based freelancer. I worked in the corporate world since 2012. I handled accounts that require talking to members and resolve concerns, capacity to take inbound/outbound calls, appointment setting, sales, and customer service. I am passionate about what I do, a team player and can easily adjust to anyone and provide support. Also, I have experienced handling a team for a year which includes talking and engaging to clients directly for reports. Admin tasks and updating data are my routine way back when I worked in a BPO managing a team. I have honed my communication, creativity, and motivational skills throughout the years. This enhanced my engagement towards people and everybody that I worked with. I can do multi-tasking and balances my work load. I am determined for the job and I am willing to undergo training if necessary.
