Hi, I am currently transitioning from a BPO customer representative to a home-based freelancer. In a BPO setting, I worked for 6 years and 7 months doing phone calls and admin tasks. I switched to a home-based freelancer as I can manage my time more. I have honed my multitasking skills, communication, creativity, and motivational skills throughout the years.
