I have been a Customer Service Representative for a retail card company for 5 years. As a CSR, my main job role is assist customers on their credit card, mainly their billing statements, current promotions of the store, reporting lost or stolen cards, sending out letters and also helping them with payment options. It is critical that you have a keen eye on this job since you have to make sure that you provide accurate and updated information otherwise it may affect the customer's account.
