I troubleshoot phones and other devices such as phones,tablets and mobile hotspot. I applied for a higher position and was promoted as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for 1 year and 4 months. I assist and helped trainees to be endorsed in production and loaded with product knowledge.I also provide feedback and proper coaching for them to understand the field of work.
