As a customer service representative I can provide the following: *Answer inbound phone calls to assist the customer with issues and concerns regarding their account or services. *Perform remote troubleshooting steps in and attempt to resolve any technical issues they are experiencing. *Provide customer with information about any self help options that may be available. *Discover needs of the customer upon building rapport with the customer and provide them with information about our other products and services that may benefit them being a brand ambassador. *Add additional products, equipment, or services to the customer's account upon the customer's request. *Schedule/manage appointments on customer's account. *Inform the customer about any changes that are being applied and what they can expect from the changes being made by setting clear expectations. *Perform outbound calls to customers while following all guidelines of policies and procedures. *Document and notate the customer's account in an organized and detailed manner of the interaction on the call.
