Most recently, I have been involved with customer service. Answering inbound phone calls, handling issues and complaints from customers and attempting to resolve their issues. Scheduling appointments for technician to visit their home when necessary.
Prior to that, I was an emergency medical technician working for an ambulance service. I obtained the knowledge about different conditions and medical terminology.
With both of these experiences, I have obtained correct, accurate documentation and organization of documents.
All of my previous experiences plus the knowledge that I continue to gain from my experiences, I would be the perfect person to accomplish a remote goal that you need to have taken care of.
