I have been an IT/Software instructor for over 15 years. I am currently working for the Department of Energy Service Desk teaching customer service skills to the analyst. My skillset includes the ability to see the big picture and think “outside the box,” as well as teach, mentor, coach, and counsel individuals and groups. I am adept at motivating people to overcome their personal obstacles. I am highly committed to helping people set goals and cope with change.
