I manage the Facebook pages and e-Bay store for 2 of our store locations, Choice Pawn Fulton and Choice Pawn Tupelo. By doing so, I answer customer questions and complaints daily via computer, phone & occasionally face-to-face. I treat our customers with the utmost respect & do my best to solve their issues and answer any questions they may have. To keep our customers involved and our company on the map, I create flyers for our giveaways and go around introducing our company to locals. I am also responsible for managing our online e-Bay store (its-your-choice-treasures), which requires organization and time management skills as this one online store is used for both of our physical stores. I work with customers continuously day in and day out there as well. Every question and complaint is remedied in a timely manner. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction in all that I do. I represent my company in a professional and friendly manner. All of the things I do in my current job I can do from home, so I am looking to work from home full-time.
