Hello! My name is Erin Worley. I'm a 25 year old mother to 21 month old twins. I have enjoyed working with the public since I was 16 years old. For the first 7 years of my employment history, I was a waitress at a local restaurant. Following my teenage career as a server, I became a Licensed Customer Service Representative with ALFA Insurance. I worked with our customers everyday to ensure all of their questions were answered, their claims were filed, and their i's were dotted and t's were crossed. After leaving that job due to the company being sold and workforce being reduced, I became an Accounts Receivable Analyst. I crunched numbers for a local telephone company. While this job taught me organization and time-management, I did not enjoy this particular type of work as I did not feel as if I was helping others. Shortly after I ended this employment, I became a server again and returned to school. I loved my job as a server but fell pregnant with my twins, Saywer and Saylor. Sadly, at 28 weeks I was forced to quit my job due to high risk pregnancy. Following the birth of my twins, I decided to return to work. I currently work at Choice Pawn Jewelry and Loan. This is where I have gotten most of my experience in e-Commerce and online customer service. There is nothing I enjoy more than helping others and in my current job, that's what I do. I enjoy doing my work from behind a computer because I am better with words than I am in person. While I am an outgoing, kind person regardless, I am more comfortable working from my computer. I would love to do the same type of work from home & full-time.
