I've been in the Customer Service industry since 2005. I worked for BPO companies here in Manila and started working online since 2011. My most recent job is an email specialist for a UK company. I enjoy joining a company as a chat and email specialist. Aside from customer service, part of my role is different administrative tasks. I am familiar with different softwares/web-based programs like Slack, Trello, Skype, and Gmail, Zendesk, Intercom and others. I am looking for a career which would allow me to use and further develop the skills that I have acquired. I am interested in customer service, data entry work and e-mail response handling.
