Enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with Experience in Making Customers Very Happy.

In brief, I have worked for leading BPO companies here in Manila like Sykes, Teletech and others. I handled accounts for US and Australian clients, through voice, chat and e-mail support for both inbound and outbound operation. I have attended training for Customer Service and Phone Handling, Business Email Writing and Etiquette and my technical expertise include MS Office, Internet and Email.

I learned to multitask and developed excellent typing and computer skills since all of my previous jobs required these competencies. All my employment history has required me to exercise clear, concise communication skill and to promote customer satisfaction.

Work Terms

I prefer working during the day UTC+8:00. I am using a Macbook Air with Intel Core i5 and 4GB RAM. My wired internet is provided by PLDT (leading ISP here in the Phils) and the speed is up to 5mbps.
