I believe customer service isn't a job but rather an attitude. My ability to produce results in service related industries has been recognized and rewarded at every position I have held. Over the course of 5 years at extremely competitive corporations in Nordstrom and Chanel, I was promoted 8 times based on my results in providing the best customer service at all times.
