My background includes several years in a high pressure, service oriented retail environment with Nordstrom and then Chanel. In my 5+ years with these companies I was promoted 8 times to larger roles.
At Nordstrom, my final responsibility was the Menswear Combined Sales Manager where my responsibilities included four individual departments managing a total team of 14 sales associates and 2 selling assistant managers. My highlights in this role include building a team that inherited a menswear department ranking 113 out of 117 corporately, and within 3 months ranking as the #1 anniversary sales performance in our region.
At Chanel I served as Customer Care Manager for our Customer Care division. I entered this company as a Brand Ambassador, working remotely with the call center to handle communication with the clients through all channels: email, phone, and live chat. Within 2 months my results and my expertise and excellence in service led to a promotion to team lead. This promotion was followed by another promotion within 4 months to full time Customer Care Manager.
I led my team of 18 Brand Ambassadors in handling all matters of customer service for the entire US region and boutiques. This included product knowledge, tech support, web ordering, logistics, returns, repairs, client escalations, and client services.
