My experience ranges from talking to realtors and new prospects as a Marketing associate for the multifamily and single-family industry in the US, to handling and creating work orders for various residents as a Maintenance associate. I also have experience as a Customer Service & Sales representative for a Telco company that deals with customers' account activations, payments, general care and troubleshooting. As a Virtual Assistant, I handle CRMs and do cold calls, follow ups, email and calendar management and some minor social media management. I've done digital marketing and funnel automation (HighLevel, Manychat) and some simple voice overs for videos.
