Quality and Excellence

I used to be a Product Specifics Trainer that has almost 4 years worth of facilitating an adult-learning classroom environment catering to different types of learners. I also have enough experience in coaching using different approaches and I also am keen to making sure that quality is of utmost priority before endorsing new hires.

My experience ranges from talking to realtors and new prospects as a Marketing associate for the multifamily and single-family industry in the US, to handling and creating work orders for various residents as a Maintenance associate.
I also have experience as a Customer Service & Sales representative for a Telco company that deals with customers' account activations, payments, general care and troubleshooting.

I am very teachable and would always work within instructions. I welcome challenges from time to time to make the job more exciting and productive.

I am very energetic and I know how to deal with different people effectively. I love conversing and is knowledgeable about a broad spectrum of topics. I am a goal-oriented person who always make sure to layout and plan my day before I start working.

Integrity and Excellence are the two principles I greatly uphold that's why sometimes I tend to be a perfectionist.

Work Terms

I can work 40 hours or more a week on weekdays with 2 days off. We can talk about the mode of payment but I do prefer a direct deposit or thru PayPal. Mode of communication can be thru Skype, Hangouts or WhatsApp
