I had been working as a customer support industry for 7 years. I have excellent communication skills in dealing with customers. Aspiring to obtain a position as a call center representative in a dynamic environment, handle calls for the corporation, respond to the simple queries and route calls to the proper person, and improving my role as I enhance my customer service abilities and acquire knowledge about different services. I also worked as data entry and we used the Microsoft excel, google spreadsheet and some other application for compiling the information that we need.
