I am a Customer Service Veteran of 15+ years, working primarily with online customers for service satisfaction of products/services purchased. I have corresponded with customers on email, phone and in person to deliver excellent Customer Service for needs of product recommendations, product information and product replacement. I have extensive background on using computers, searching websites for information, testing website links and reporting problem areas to IT departments. I worked for many years in a small company which helped me develop a well-rounded background for many Customer Service Skills for both public and intercompany development. I work with an HP PC and Windows 10 software, I am proficient in Excell and Word programs. I am detail oriented and believe in quality over quantity.
