Loyal, dependable and hardworking

During my working career, I have mostly worked in small, local offices in which my job was in a secretarial, customer service capacity. Working in small offices has the advantages of being trained in many areas giving me the advantage of a well rounded office experience.

I have made and answered many calls with clients in regards to services provided, products sold, and general company information. I have worked with satisfied clients as well as clients who need assistance with problems with products or services provided.
I have worked extensively on computers, mostly PC, with Windows based programs using Outlook, Word, Excel, Gmail Docs, Salesforce, Cispub, SurveyMonkey, Fogbugz. I have created Excel sheets and worked with existing Excel sheets to research information, collect data for lead generation, create simple bookkeeping, I have worked with companies that sell products and services through company websites, and have needed to navigate the websites for teaching customers as well as test for bugs for our IT department. I have had to monitor social media for questions and comments posted and reply with answers needed. I have maintained Customer Service email accounts by forwarding emails to correct departments, and answering clients emails in order of priority with appropriate information and tone for overall customer satisfaction. I have partnered with Sales department agents for processing and up selling orders to clients for products. I have created and updated job/department manuals when needed by company. I have processed payments and return/credited through PayPal Manager as well as internal company website software. I have worked on company fundraisers, managing the customer database and following up with all parts of the database. I have consulted with Marketing department on campaigns and leads as well as success rate of promotions.

Work Terms

Working hours and payment terms are negotiable depending on the job. I do have two children who will be around during the summer and may vary my schedule, however nothing I cannot work around. Preferred communication in email, but do have option for phone calls. I live in an area that may sometimes/ rarely has some interference with wifi service.
