I am a virtual assistant and customer service representative, with 3 years cognate experience in customer service and administration. In my current role as a Customer Service Representative (Team Lead), I have built remarkable skills and knowledge in managing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining detailed records. This experience has given me the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal skills, enabling me to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike. My responsibilities include answering calls, confirming payments, working efficiently with google suites, creating slides/presentations.
During my training as a Virtual assistant, I further refined my customer service skills by working on tasks and projects assigned to me. I have been able to develop knowledge in google suites, calendar management, project management, curate meetings, present slides, travel pack and itinerary. This training helped me understand the use of some CRM softwares and google tools which are essential in the growth of my career as a customer service representative.
I excel at managing large influx of queries and complaints from clients, adequate record keeping, managing calendar, creating presentation slides, creating meeting agendas as well as taking minutes for meetings. I have a good communication skill, adaptability, critical thinking, problem solving skill, empathy e.t.c.
