As a graduate from Tarlac State University with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and has experience regarding customer service for 4 years working in a BPO company, I also have experience on a freelance or work at home set up, I worked as a Chat Associate for a web-based contact company for 10 months, Also worked as Google application review moderator and also as a customer service representative for an In campus robot food delivery for 9 months. Afterwards, my most recent freelance is job is that I was able to work as a logistics coordinator/dispatcher and handled B2C and B2B transactions during my stay. I was excited to learn about the company's opening for the position of customer service representative.
