As a graduate from Tarlac State University with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and has experience regarding customer service for 4 years working in a BPO company, I also have experience on a freelance or work at home set up, I worked as a Chat Associate for a web-based contact company for 10 months, Also worked as Google application review moderator and also as a customer service representative for an In campus robot food delivery for 9 months. Afterwards, my most recent freelance is job is that I was able to work as a logistics coordinator/dispatcher and handled B2C and B2B transactions during my stay. I was excited to learn about the company's opening for the position of customer service representative. Having reviewed the position requirements, I see that they closely align with my qualifications and I am confident that I will be a valuable contributor to your organization's goals.

While working with my previous companies, I spent time building my skills in call center and data entry. I have proven myself focused and diligent when managing workloads and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. I thrive in environments where I can make a direct impact, utilizing abilities in inbound call handling and complex problem-solving to find solutions and achieve results.

Work Terms

40 hours per week for full-time, 2-4 hours per day for part-time. Payment terms daily or weekly thru Paypal or bank transfer.
