Responsibilities would include answering incoming calls, returning voice mails, attending to emails, chat, and managing our Facebook page and content. This is a fun and fast-paced work environment, and we are looking for someone who is: * highly experienced in customer service * Able to speak and write English fluently * Have a positive attitude * Able to learn and pick up things fast * requires minimal supervision * a team player * fun to work with Familiarity with Zendesk, Shopify, Stripe, Google docs, Facebook and Skype is a plus.
