OBJECTIVE I am currently enrolled in University of Maryland and I major in computer science cyber security. My main career objective right now is to start working more into the computer field. I would like to start being a virtual assistant or data entry specialist. My long term goal is to eventually become a security analyst or security engineer. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY 01/2017 - Present Shift Manager Starbucks • I started at Starbucks with previous Management at another coffee shop. I started as a regular worker and worked my way up to now a shift manager in less than a year. • My responsibilities include management of employees, who inventory management, food safety management and awareness, cash flow inventory, cash counting and ensuring correct procedures are followed, running a team to correctly assist customers under an intense busy environment, customer service and correctly handling any problems, and serving the products and ensuring all company policies are followed while serving these products. • I currently still work here, but I am trying to find side work as a Data Entry specialist. 08/2014 - 09/2017 Manager Coffee Beanery Previous work • I started this job as a teenager and worked my way up to a shift manager in under a year. • My responsibilities on this job included, multi tasking under very high pressure customer flow was a summer resort city. • Leading a team of about 5-10 people every day, in charge of inventory and ordering, making sure all companies policies and drink recipes are upheld to the best quality, ensuring the top customer service and solving any problems that came in the way, and also teaching/training foreign exchange students from different countries how to be an efficient barista and team member. • Later on I was given a lot more jobs to do which gained me my first experiences in data entry. These jobs included entering product management and counts into Microsoft excel, entering customer margins and profit, making spreadsheets of the overall business, and completing some accounting and payroll spreadsheets. • I left because of University of maryland being far away. EDUCATION HISTORY • Currently enrolled at University of Maryland in the computer Science: Cyber Security major. • I have been in college for 2 years while maintaining excellent grades as well as maintaining a full-time job. • I would love to start working with something more along my field of interest which is computers.
