I have over eight (8) years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry with an expertise in handling phone calls, email and chat support including data entry and back office tasks. One of my previous jobs is to receive calls from clients that are calling in to order items from the catalogue or website. The customer would provide me with an item number and a pick up location code. The information that will be provided is encoded to the system so that order will be confirmed. I would also take orders and send replies to email and live chats for customers who are requesting for their orders to be tracked. The data that is being encoded needs to be very accurate to prevent any delays or incorrect drop off location. This also results to confusion in the availability of items from the warehouse if it was encoded incorrectly. This is one of the tasks that I did in the past and more.
