I have over 8 years of experience handling phone calls, chat and e-mail supporting billing/technical concerns and sales. I am also an expert handling collections calls for a telecommunication company and consistently ranked 1st, 2nd or 3rd at the top competing against 800 employees.

My superb customer service skills and data entry expertise was recognized and it opened the door to my promotion as a contact centre supervisor for three years. My initiative to create different coaching strategies and through my leadership my team was able hit daily and weekly targets. Due my consistent performance, I was rewarded by means of monetary, vacation packages and gadgets multiple times.

As a person, I always work with honesty and integrity. I always find innovations or solutions to produce results and if I do not have an answer to a question, I always find options or use my skill to look for resources and give you the answer.
