I have been in the BPO industry as outbound sales representative, I'm responsible for handling large amount of inbound and outbound calls. I formed some customer relationships resulting increase of sales. During my internship I perform clerical duties, take memos, organize documents, fax, respond to emails and manage data using Microsoft word and Excel.
