I have been in the BPO industry for the past 1 year and 2 months as outbound sales representative, I handled health care account focused on medical insurance eligibility. My most recent experience was handling calls in a high tech industry.In my last job I formed some customer service resulting increase of sales. I learn to value patience, One reason I particularly enjoy this business and the challenges that go along with it is the opportunity to connect with people. Also during my internship I perform clerical duties, take memos, organize documents, fax, respond to emails and manage data using Microsoft word and excel.
I spend my free time watching movies, cooking and playing guitar.
