I have over 15 years experience in the medical and business field. This includes transcription, secretarial, insurance, call center, medical terms, reporting and data analysis, billing, and management as a few examples. The last 11 years I have worked for the largest medical insurer in the country as a customer service associate, quality auditor, manager, and project administrator. I currently work part-time so that I have more options and flexibility.
