I have over 20 years experience in a wide variety of office settings beginning in a small surgeon's office as a biller and medical transcriptionist and later in a variety roles at WellPoint, Inc. My 16-year career with WellPoint, Inc., included customer service, quality auditor, management, and consulting. My software speciality is Microsoft Office including, Word, Office, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, to Excel. I enjoy continuing education courses with my most recent being certified as a yellowbelt in Six Sigma and obtaining my Missouri P&C insurance broker's license. My hobbies include vegetable and flower gardening, reading, and camping/traveling. I like to be creative both in my personal and professional life. I enjoy finding solutions to problems as well as finding more efficient ways to complete a task. I like to be challenged and am motivated by having a wide variety of projects.
