I provide quality written responses to complaints and disputes, primarily in the mortgage and loan servicing industries (including escrow, bankruptcy, foreclosure, short sale, deed-lieu, modification requests payment disputes etc.) I am knowledgeable in regulatory compliance (TILA, RESPA, CFPB, & FDCPA), Zoning and Building Code compliance and P& C general lines Insurance adjudication. I also will draft complaints and responses to complaints submitted to the BBB. I am licensed in all necessary states as a Property and Casualty Adjuster. I require all requests to include a detailed summary of the account ,subject or situation as well as supporting documents. For example, if you are disputing the account status of your note you would need to provide the proof of payment and cancelled check from your bank. Likewise, if you are a lender or service a loan you would need to provide a payment schedule and summary of postings. For all responses directed to or in regards to a regulatory agency please include the date the initial correspondence was received by your persons. Regulatory responses usually have strict response deadlines that result in fines or legal actions if not met. Price is per hour; however, I reserve the right to modify based on work load and size of request. Feel free to redact any sensitive information or submit a non-disclosure agreement for me to sign as well if needed for your legal department. All credit disputes are $10 per dispute per company.
