Complaints and Dispute Resolution for the every day consumer and Small Businesses with no dedicated dispute resolution personnel.
I attended Texas Christian University from 2008-2012 as a double major in Social Work and Political Science. I have over 3 years experience as a Complaint Resolutions Specialist in the mortgage and loan servicing industry and over 6 years in the corporate field as a Customer Relations Specialist. I currently provide written services to individuals and businesses that need to resolve financial accounts privately or in conjunction with a regulatory agency. My clients are typically consumers who need to file a complaint but aren't sure of the avenue to pursue the complaint or needs help effectively articulating the issue to the agency with jurisdiction over the subject matter. I provide zoning services as well including building and zoning code reports. For all zoning code requests, I obtain copies of updated codes based on my resources and FOIA; however, some jurisdictions are not technologically up to date and require the code to be requested via mail. In such cases, the $8 deposit plus all mailing fees will be charged before services are rendered. Updated surveys are REQUIRED for all Zoning Reports.
Work Terms
All inquiries are responded to within 24 hours with an acceptance or rejection of the assignment. Inquires must include due date and original correspondence receipt if applicable. If services are agreed upon I require a $8 deposit and services to be paid in full before receipt of final draft for all correspondences, complaints and complaint responses. Zoning Reports with updated surveys are done within 2 weeks and are $240 flat rate. For companies: I require a SPOC for all assignments.
