Hello from Summit County Colorado! At the start of 15/16 school year I began teaching 3rd grade at an International Baccalaureate School, Frisco Elementary, where I am still employed. For the previous 4 years I was a full time 4th grade classroom teacher at P.S. 369 Young Leaders Elementary School, in the South Bronx, a New York City Department of Education public school, where most of the children are English Language Learners. I am currently seeking a remote position within the field of education or writing. Employers and colleagues have noted my energy, enthusiasm, and successes with students and adults alike. Since being employed, I have received positive feedback and ratings. In my first year eligible, I received tenure in New York City. I was also responsible for leading the upper grade math department at PS 369, which included attending district meetings on behalf of our school and turn keying what was learned and expected. I have my Masters from Northeastern in Boston and am licensed in Massachusetts, New York and Colorado.
