Hello!

I am the owner and lead elementary education consultant at Common Core Consulting I am a writer, content creator and advisor. This year I have written and edited a 4th grade (ELA) Test Prep text book. I have also advised and created content for a children's book series and large online educational companies, geared toward both students and teachers based on the Common Core State Standards.

At the start of 15/16 school year I began teaching 3rd grade at an International Baccalaureate School, Frisco Elementary. For the previous 4 years I was a full time 4th grade classroom teacher at P.S. 369 Young Leaders Elementary School, in the South Bronx, a New York City Department of Education public school, where most of the children are ELL.

I have my Masters from Northeastern in Boston and am licensed in Massachusetts, New York and Colorado.

Since being employed, I have received positive feedback and ratings. In my first year eligible, I received tenure in New York City. I was also responsible for leading the upper grade math department at PS 369, which included attending district meetings on behalf of our school and turn keying what was learned and expected.
