I have and excellent experience in email support for 6 years as Hotel Operations support Coordinator for Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) I provided reports to my Area Managers and Quality Managers on a weekly basis through email. I make sure that they have the correct data for their visit on each of their hotels. I support three Area Managers everyday and each of them has 70-80 hotels on their portfolio. The reports that we produce is an excel based. I make sure that they received the correct report for specific visit because that report contains confidential details including sales/ appearance/ regrets and denials as well as surveys from the guests. So in 6 years I became an expert when it comes to details no errors on the reports, correct attachment, correct recipient, accurate data. I consistently receiving acknowledgement from them how thankful they were that I was able to make their presentations and visits wonderful.
