 Complete full and accurate BOQ’s and order books for the release of jobs to construction, 

including Home & Land Packages and Client Contract Specification projects. 

 Assist with the development and maintenance of the client, Master Estimate Model Portfolio 

upon which detailed and accurate job specific Bills of Quantity and Comprehensive Orders 

Books can be raised as maybe directed by the EM. 

 Attend to all necessary processes and procedures required to produce accurate bills of 

quantity (BOQs)and raise purchase orders for site specific jobs. 

 Provide support and assistance to the internal and external stakeholders during the 

construction phase of the home including but not limited to monitoring of the Estimating 

Inbox, distribution of the Estimating phone ‘Bat Phone” and other administrative tasks that 

may be required.
