A goal oriented, energetic and motivated estimator.

I am a loving and attentive solo parent of 2 teenagers for 12 years now and a dedicated furmom to 12cats & 4dogs. My day starts for cooking meals for my sons to give them energy before going to school, feed our beloved pets and begin working as a freelance estimator for an Australian company.

My personal experience and situation has mold be to be the hardworking person that I am now. I can work well with or without pressure. Goal-oriented and can work individually or with a team. Always focused on the task at hand and open for discussion to achieve better result.

I am knowledgeable on estimating and monitoring applications such as: DataBuild, OnSite Companion, Planswift, Addenda Writer, BlueBeam, Cubit, CostX, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, Zoho (Projects, CRM, Survey), Sharepoint, Adobe Acrobat. I know that there are other applications that I haven't use yet. However, I am positive that I can easily learn it since they most probably similar with the above applications that I am adept of.

Work Terms

I prefer to work in between 4pm to 6am (Philippine time).
My fee can be deposited to my bank account in weekly basis or 2x a month.
