As  a customer service and sales representative at USA Contact Point, it was my job to retain customers to continue to do business with us. These customers had previously signed up with a free trial to receive their memberships. The free trial ended after seven days and some customers would fail to cancel their membership before the free trial ended. It was job to explain to the customer the value of our service and how it would truly benefit them by continuing to stay a member. On some calls I would help customers log back in to their accounts or assist them with a variety of other technical issues they may be experiencing.  I would express empathy, patience, and a friendly tone while helping them solve their problem.  I would also offer the prospect or existing customer additional services  by building value in the product or service.  I did this by explaining to them in a step by step manner how and why the service or product would help them reach there desired results in half the time versus tr


Accomplishment:

•Exceeded number of qualified leads, and # of sales by almost double the required amount each and every week I was required to get 20 sales each week. My second year with the company I held the number one spot for writing the most business in a span of 3 months, which was 320 sales
