Responsible for scheduling meetings for all employees; along with providing hospitality service arrangements as requested.
Compose and distribute inter-departmental memorandums ensuring timely delivery and receipt of important information while at the time maintaining confidentiality.
- Assists in planning and organizing meetings by assembling of the agenda, location, meeting technology based upon participant needs, and all other meeting logistics.
- Build travel itinerary for domestic & international trips
- Supports exec by acting as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized.
- Responsible for making in-depth global travel arrangements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and inquiries on behalf of the VP.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the VP, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
-Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
-Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives of the VP.
-Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
-Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, expenses, and financial reports for the VP's office.
-Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and ensure efficient operations within the VP's office.
-Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to support the VP in achieving goals and objectives.
-Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned by the VP, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
