Manage all aspects involved in a full cycle recruitment process including interviews, presentation and selection of candidates, negotiating offers, as well as all administrative related tasks involved.
Establish effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with managers to determine staffing needs for various operational as well as professional positions in all departments (accounting, finance, IT, marketing, etc.)
Create job postings for vacancies in different media (internal and external).
Perform analysis and selection of applications received (interviews, tests, references, etc.).
Compile and maintain recruitment files and statistics on staffing activities.
Work Terms
8am-6pm EST willing to work other hours as negotiated. Payment to be discussed with each client.
