I have been with the BPO industry for quite some time and have handled different accounts and different LOBs. I have multiple experiences on voice, chats, and emails. I was a team leader from my previous company and was exposed to people management, conflict management, and recruitment/agent profiling. I take tasks very seriously and has a high level of professionalism. I prefer working with clients/people on a long term basis. I have background in the medical field, exposure in telecommunication, proficient in all MS office, Google apps, and minor video/photo editing. Customer service through chat, email and data entry are my strong areas, but doesn't mean I can't do other administrative tasks. As a former supervisor, I was already exposed to most of these which you can definitely make use of with the tasks at hand. I am very versatile and easily teachable in new things. Professional and positive attitude to all types of tasks, no matter how small or big.
