I work with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Skills and knowledge are always teachable, but these are the core characteristic of a long term work relationship.

I've finished Bachelor of Science in Nursing but I have no interest in pursuing this career for now. So technically, I have a background about the health care system and medicine. I focused in giving customer service as soon as I graduated which has led me to take part of a few health care accounts like (Blue Shield Blue Cross and United Health Group). I have made use of my background to these accounts especially in coding, pharmacy, billing, insurance enrollment, verification, benefits and eligibility, provider location, and DME.

I am very enthusiastic at work and loves to work with people. I am a current team manager and handling a group of 15 people. I can work with a large number of people but still prefer to do things in solitary. This just goes to show how versatile am because I am able to work well with groups and also can work alone with minimal supervision. This has made me realized that working at home is where I will be able to maximize my full potential.

I am a very organized and tedious person. I love to write things in detail with specific analytical description. I use the website Trello to keep track of the things to do through cards with due dates. I make sure that all tasks and projects are done within a specific timeline.

During my service as a customer/technical representative and as a team manager, I have honed skills on how to deal with customers professionally and with integrity. Also, I have dealt with different personalities and behaviors of agents so, handling a unique set of people won't be a problem for me. I have handled approximately 200 different people under my bucket.

I have above intermediate skills in excel and other Microsoft tools as one of my major task as a team manager is to extract, pivot, analyze, and present data. I do this in a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through our business reviews.

Work Terms

I can do tasks on a per client basis regardless of the time zone. I can easily adapt to working hours as I have been working in BPO companies which schedules changes per client need.

As for payment method, I can do PayPal or if you are more comfortable with other payment site/methods, we can definitely talk things through.
