I have 7 years experience in Customer Service/ Technical Support to US and Canadian clients. I have worked as an operations supervisor in a telecommunications company for 6 years and apart from the supervisory experience, I also have worked for the same company as quality assurance analyst. I handle irate customers through the company's phone system and live chat support platform. I am experienced in using Microsoft applications as well as Google applications such as Google docs, Google Drive as well as Google Spreadsheets for managing personal data and documents. I have undergone various leadership training and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified as well. I took supervisory and managerial calls in the previous company that I have worked for and have basic understanding of the CRM system. We have previously used Sugar CRM for information and data management and I know my way around the system. Most CRM systems have a basic function of data management and organisation thereby having the experience with one CRM system will be a great plus into understanding the other CRM systems that's being used by companies. Moreover, I have past experience with using chat support platforms such as Zopim to handle customer inquiries and offer technical/customer assistance.
