I have worked for 7 straight years in a telecommunications company. I was an Operations Supervisor in my previous job. I handled 20 agents under my wing. Part of my job is to listen to their calls and give out ratings as well. Immediate feedback and coaching. I am also proud to say that I am the person tasked to handle calls for customers asking to speak with a manager. It is my responsibility to make sure that the customer will stay in the company.
