I have always been said to have a very pleasing tone and great communication skills even if I am not a native speaker. I do have call center experiences. I previously worked with two call centers with different financial accounts (specifically Credit Cards) as a customer service associate and a fraud analyst. I am confident that the experiences i had with my previous employers is enough for me to provide you a fantastic service. I have acquired skills through tedious training that would be helpful in call handling and etiquette. I have Flexible working hours and am reliable. I do work well under pressure and I am a team player. I am very much willing to learn new concepts and Lastly, I love what i do.
