Hi! My name is Dana and I am 26 years old and I am a mother of two adorable children. My background includes serving as a customer service associate in a call center here in the philippines with a financial account, specifically Capital One. I also worked as a Fraud Analyst in another call center with another financial account which is Citi Bank. It was a very challenging and pleasurable learning experience that gave me helpful skill sets to be able to provide great service.
As a customer service associate i have learned and acquired skills that would be essential for me to do my job efficiently. Communication skills, tone and pacing, Multi-tasking, Active listening and acknowledgement is needed for quality calls and great service. Building rapport, Empathizing and being patient if a customer or client is being a little bit difficult, learning to put myself into their shoes for me to further understand how they feel and what they need, willingness to pacify and help the customer, letting them vent out while patiently listening and with their help resolving their concern, just going the extra mile. As a Fraud Analyst i learned a different skill set in dealing and handling with clients and customers. Usually callers are irate at this point since we do have a very extensive verification process that we have to follow and because of this I learned to be firm without being offensive, explaining the need of following the process for their security and getting them to cooperate.
