I started working in a BPO company 10 years ago as a Customer Service Representative. I have then decided to switch and applied in a KPO company instead, an HR, Payroll Benefits related company where I started as a Data Entry Analyst. After 2 years, I was promoted to a Senior Analyst where in I began handling Implementation Services. My work involves project management, email handling, building connections, encoding client specific codes, direct contact with the client and providers and doing follow up via outlook email.
