I started working in a BPO company 9 years ago as a Customer Service Representative. I have then decided to switch and applied in a KPO company instead, an HR, Payroll Benefits related company where I started as a Data Entry Analyst. After 2 years, I was promoted to a Senior Analyst where in I began handling Implementation Services. My work involves project management, email handling, building connections, encoding client specific codes, direct contact with the client and providers and doing follow up via outlook email.
I am also experienced with the following:
Order Processing - entry, monitoring, delivery to closing.
Customer Service - from a gaming account. Making sure that customers are happy with the service.
Data Entry - invoice processing.
Connection Services - client's files being migrated from old to new platforms
Work Terms
I am open to work 5 days a week, normal business hours, preferably day time (Manila Time). It is still negotiable depending on the work to be completed.
