I have total of 8 years experience in data entry and customer service job. My job responsibilities • Worked in Usage and Revenue Process were we have to generate revenue by targeting the customers based on their Usage and ARPU • Daily we need to Analyze and monitor customer data usage and take the report accordingly and then upgrade the customer to a Data plan that meets is Requirement. • Addressing customer grievances by reviewing and identifying the root cause of his service issue and forwarding it to service delivery team. • Understand customer expectation clearly through effective probing • Understand and even upgrade product and process knowledge to meet required standards of customer resolution on an ongoing basis • Document reasons for customer dissatisfaction for all the queries and the challenges faced • Look for areas of improvement in the process and provide insights to Supervisors to enhance customer delight
